We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any user for non-compliance with these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Sioux City, Iowa, and agree to binding arbitration where permitted by law. The parties waive trial by jury to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Program Overview: Diamond Level includes email communications only (no SMS). Platinum Level includes email and, with explicit consent, SMS communications (e.g., subscription/account updates and—only if separately consented—marketing).
Consent & Opt-In (Platinum SMS only): To receive SMS, you must provide your mobile number and affirmatively check the SMS consent box before checkout. Consent is not a condition of purchase for any marketing texts. Transactional/account texts may be necessary to provide the Service you requested.
Opt-Out and Help: You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. Text HELP for help. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm your opt-out and then you will no longer receive SMS from us (unless you later re-opt in).
Message Frequency & Costs: Message frequency varies by activity (typically a few messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: You represent you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are 18 years or older.
Data & Privacy: We collect and maintain consent logs, message delivery data, timestamps, and your number to provide the SMS program and maintain compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Email Preferences: Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (e.g., receipts, service notices) may be sent as needed and may not offer unsubscribe if essential to the Service.
Changes: We may modify or discontinue the SMS or email program at any time. Material changes will be reflected in these Terms.
