1. Your Personal Information

Futures Cash Info LLC. (“FCI”, “we”, “us”) may collect data relating to you in a variety of ways, as detailed below. Such data may include personal data, i.e., information that alone or in combination with other information identifies you as an individual or can be reasonably linked to your identity. This Privacy Statement covers the collection, use, and disclosure of data collected via FuturesCashInfo.com and any other FCI website where this privacy statement is posted or linked (collectively, this “Site”, “website”). Futures Cash Info LLC. is the owner of the information collected on FuturesCashInfo.com. We will not sell, rent or share this information in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement unless you consent.

2. Cookies and IP Addresses

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your site session and to gather broad demographic information. We use cookies to keep track of your session and for other purposes (such as personalizing the site). If you set your browser to reject cookies, the site may not recognize your session or personalization.

3. External Links

This site contains links to other websites. Futures Cash Info LLC. is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites.

4. Data You Provide

When you request information, submit questions or provide feedback via this website, we may ask you for data including, but not limited to: your name, postal address, phone number and email address for the purpose of responding or following up. We may also ask you to provide other data relevant to your request.

With the exception of payment card information that is securely transmitted to our third-party payment processor (“Stripe”), we generally do not seek or request data that may be considered “special”, “sensitive” or “privileged”. Examples include government-issued identification numbers; information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership. If you share such data, you do so voluntarily and consent that we may use it in accordance with applicable law.

SMS (Platinum, optional): If you choose the Platinum Level and explicitly opt in to SMS at checkout (checkbox unchecked by default), we collect your mobile number and record your consent to send account/subscription notices only (no trading recommendations by SMS). You represent you are the owner or authorized user of the number provided.

5. Data Collected from Your Use of this Site

We automatically receive certain data about the computer or device you are using when you visit this Site, including: your Internet Protocol (IP) address; information about the browser or type of device you are using; data collected through cookies, pixel tags, and other similar technologies; the date and time of your visit; and the web page you visited immediately prior to visiting this Site. We also collect data about videos or other content you view on this Site, like the type and name of the content and the time viewed.

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics tool that may set cookies in your browser, in order to help us understand how visitors engage with this Site. To learn more about Google Analytics’ data practices, please visit Google’s resources. For opt-out options specific to Google Analytics, please visit Google Analytics opt-out options.

7. Payment Card Data Collected

Futures Cash Info LLC. accepts monetary subscription payments through trusted partner, Stripe. When you submit a payment via a partner, you may provide payment card information (card number, expiration date, CVV, billing details) directly to that partner. Your payment card information is securely transmitted to the selected processor. Futures Cash Info LLC. does not receive payment card details. Any non-payment data we receive (see “Data You Provide”) is used for record keeping and acknowledgement purposes.

Demographic and profile data may also be collected at our site. We use this data to tailor your experiences at our site, to show you content that we think you might be interested in, and to display the content according to your preferences. Customer information is considered an asset of Futures Cash Info LLC. and may be transferred as part of an acquisition.

8. Email & SMS Communications

Email: We send transactional emails (e.g., receipts, account notices) as needed to operate the Service. Marketing emails, where permitted by law, include an unsubscribe link and you may opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect essential transactional emails.

SMS (Platinum, account notices only): We send SMS only if you explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent box before checkout. SMS is optional and not required to purchase the Platinum plan. SMS content is limited to account/subscription notices (e.g., subscription status, billing, maintenance windows, report availability). No trading recommendations, price targets, or trading signals are sent by SMS. Market updates, analysis, and recommendations are delivered by email.

Opt-Out & Help: You may opt out of SMS at any time by texting STOP (we will send a confirmation and then cease messaging). Text HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies by account activity (typically a few messages per month). Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Security Information

We use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect data under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you feel that the security of any data that we hold about you has been compromised, please immediately notify us by contacting us.

When you send sensitive information (such as your credit card number) via our payment form, that information is encrypted and protected with SSL. Secure pages typically have URLs that start with https:// instead of http://.

10. Use of this Site by Minors

This Site is not designed for or intentionally targeted at minors under the age of 18, and we request that minors not use this Site. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have received data from a person under the age of 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data from our records.

11. Legal Disclaimer

We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on our website.

12. Sharing of Information (SMS-Related)

We share limited SMS-related data with our messaging providers (e.g., Twilio) and, as necessary, mobile carriers and their partners solely to deliver messages, measure delivery, process STOP/HELP keywords, and ensure compliance with carrier policies. These providers are authorized to process such data only as needed to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information.

13. Data Retention (including SMS)

We retain personal information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS consent and opt-out records (e.g., opt-in timestamp, number, STOP/HELP logs, delivery metadata) may be retained for an extended period (for example, up to four (4) years) to demonstrate compliance.

14. Your Choices

Cookies/Tracking: Most browsers allow you to control cookies; disabling may impact Site functionality.

Email Marketing: Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email to opt out. Transactional emails may continue as needed to operate your account.

SMS: Text STOP to opt out of SMS at any time; text HELP for assistance. Choosing not to receive SMS will not affect your access to email communications or your ability to use the Service.

15. CCPA/CPRA Notice to California Residents

This section supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents (“you”) under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It describes your rights and how to exercise them. Terms used here have the meanings given in the CCPA/CPRA.

16. Your California Privacy Rights

Right to Know/Access: Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information (PI) we have collected about you; the sources; business or commercial purposes; and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose PI.

Right to Delete: Request deletion of PI we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.

Right to Correct: Request that we correct inaccurate PI we maintain about you.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” (for cross-context behavioral advertising) of your PI, if applicable.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive PI: Direct us to limit our use of “Sensitive Personal Information” to the purposes allowed by law (if we use SPI beyond those purposes).

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA/CPRA rights.

17. How to Submit a Request

You (or an authorized agent) may exercise your rights by:

• Emailing us at: support@futurescashinfo.com

We will verify your request (e.g., by matching data elements or requesting documentation for agents) and respond within the timeframes required by law. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and (where applicable) how to appeal.

18. Sale/Sharing Opt-Out & Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We do not “sell” your personal information for money. If our use of certain analytics or advertising technologies is deemed a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA, you may opt out at: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We also honor browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser sending the signal.

19. Categories, Sources, Purposes, and Disclosures

We collect the categories of PI described in this Policy (e.g., identifiers like name, email, phone number; commercial information related to subscriptions; internet/network activity; and limited SMS consent/operation metadata for Platinum SMS if you opt in). Sources include you (directly), your device/browser, our service providers (e.g., payment processing, messaging), and analytics. We use PI for the purposes described above (providing and improving the Service; processing subscriptions; account-notice SMS only if you opt in; security and compliance; analytics). We disclose PI to service providers/contractors (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, hosting, analytics) under contracts that restrict their use of PI to performing services for us; to legal authorities when required; and in connection with business transfers.

20. Sensitive Personal Information (SPI)

If we collect SPI (as defined by CPRA), we process it only for the limited purposes permitted by law (e.g., security, short-term transient use, service provision) and do not use SPI to infer characteristics about you. If we ever use SPI beyond permitted purposes, you may exercise your right to limit such use via /choices.

21. Retention (California)

We retain personal information, including SMS consent/opt-out logs (if you opt into Platinum SMS), for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain compliance records. For SMS consent records, we may retain up to four (4) years or as required by law.
