We automatically receive certain data about the computer or device you are using when you visit this Site, including: your Internet Protocol (IP) address; information about the browser or type of device you are using; data collected through cookies, pixel tags, and other similar technologies; the date and time of your visit; and the web page you visited immediately prior to visiting this Site. Futures Cash Info LLC. accepts monetary subscription payments through trusted partner, Stripe. When you submit a payment via a partner, you may provide payment card information (card number, expiration date, CVV,
billing details) directly to that partner. Your payment card information is securely transmitted to the selected processor.
Futures Cash Info LLC. does not receive payment card details. Any non-payment data we receive (see “Data You Provide”) is used for
record keeping and acknowledgement purposes.

SMS (Platinum, account notices only): We send SMS only if you explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent box
before checkout. SMS is optional and not required to purchase the Platinum plan. SMS content is limited to account/subscription notices
(e.g., subscription status, billing, maintenance windows, report availability). No trading recommendations, price targets, or
trading signals are sent by SMS. Market updates, analysis, and recommendations are delivered by email.
Opt-Out & Help: You may opt out of SMS at any time by texting STOP (we will send a confirmation and
then cease messaging). Text HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies by account activity (typically a few messages
per month). Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Security Information
We use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect data under our control. Unfortunately, no data
transmission over the internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you feel that the security of any data
that we hold about you has been compromised, please immediately notify us by contacting us.
When you send sensitive information (such as your credit card number) via our payment form, that information is encrypted and

These providers are authorized to process such data only as needed to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information.
13. Data Retention (including SMS)
We retain personal information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS consent and opt-out records (e.g., opt-in timestamp, number, STOP/HELP logs, delivery metadata) may be retained for an extended period (for example, up to four (4) years) to demonstrate compliance.

Cookies/Tracking: Most browsers allow you to control cookies; disabling may impact Site functionality.
Email Marketing: Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email to opt out. Transactional emails may continue as needed to

19. Categories, Sources, Purposes, and Disclosures
We collect the categories of PI described in this Policy (e.g., identifiers like name, email, phone number; commercial information related to subscriptions; internet/network activity; and limited SMS consent/operation metadata for Platinum SMS if you opt in). Sources include you (directly), your device/browser, our service providers (e.g., payment processing, messaging), and analytics. We use PI for the purposes described above (providing and improving the Service; processing subscriptions; account-notice SMS only if you opt in; security and compliance; analytics). We disclose PI to service providers/contractors (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, hosting, analytics) under contracts that restrict their use of PI to performing services for us; to legal authorities when required; and in connection with business transfers.
20. Sensitive Personal Information (SPI)
If we collect SPI (as defined by CPRA), we process it only for the limited purposes permitted by law (e.g., security, short-term transient use, service provision) and do not use SPI to infer characteristics about you. If we ever use SPI beyond permitted purposes, you may exercise your right to limit such use via /choices.
21. Retention (California)
We retain personal information, including SMS consent/opt-out logs (if you opt into Platinum SMS), for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain compliance records. For SMS consent records, we may retain up to four (4) years or as required by law.
